Responsible use of the app

Last updated: October 2026

WinWin is for adults in Kenya who choose to use it. This page is about the practical side of that choice: which file to install, how the account sits on the phone, and when to stop. It is not a set of account controls. Those, where they exist, are inside the app.

The copy on your phone

Install WinWin from the download on winwin-apk.net, or from an update notice inside the app. An APK forwarded in a WhatsApp group or picked up on an unknown site can be an older build or a file that has been changed. If you are not sure where a copy came from, delete it and download again from this page.

When a newer version is offered, install it over the copy you already have, either from the in-app notice or from the file on this page. A new version is how fixes and security changes reach the phone. Removing the app first is not required for that, and doing so can clear the login and settings stored on the device.

The app is for people aged 18 and over. On a child’s phone, a parent or guardian should keep an eye on what gets installed and turn on Android’s restriction against unknown apps, so an APK cannot be saved without that permission.

The account on the device

A password and a verification code stay with you. Do not send them to anyone who asks, including a person who says they are from support. A screen lock stops someone who picks up the phone from opening a session you left signed in. On a shared phone, sign out when you finish. If you move to a new phone, sign out of the old one from the account settings in the app when that option is there.

Time and money

WinWin is something you open and leave. Long sessions on any screen cut into sleep, work, and attention. Breaks are part of using it, and notification settings in Android and in the app can keep alerts from arriving when you are not using it.

Money added through a wallet, a deposit, or M-Pesa is an entertainment expense in Kenyan shillings, with a ceiling you decide before you start. It is not a way to earn. Chasing a loss with another deposit usually raises the amount, not the outcome. Read the operator’s terms, and use any spending limit the account offers, before the session rather than after it.

Stopping

Pause if WinWin is getting in the way of relationships, sleep, or money you need for other things. Talk to someone you trust, or call a local helpline. In Kenya, NACADA answers the toll-free line 1192. If the app offers a way to suspend the account or to reach its own support, use that early.

winwin-apk.net can only supply the install file and these notes. It cannot freeze an account, set a spending cap, or see a balance. The Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy cover the legal side of the website.
